Overview

Now available is a 2008 R44 Raven 1.  This Raven 1 is listed for sale at a price that most other Raven 1’s will sell for with no time left.

This helicopter has no damage history or accidents and has been commercially maintained.  The original tailcone was replaced with a new one because it had the gearbox mounting inserts stripped. It made more economical sense to replace tail boom than have it repaired at RHC.  The tailcone has approx. 3040 hours remaining.

The engine has extra time because they swapped it with another R44 during overhaul that had a leaking issue.  This engine is leak free and has approx. 665 hours remaining. The previous swashplate seized shortly after overhaul so it was also replaced with a new one. There have been no issues since and there is approx.. 1616 hours remaining.

The tail rotor gearbox was replaced after overhaul due to an ongoing leak that RHC could not repair.  It was a warranty replacement and has approx. 855 hours remaining.  The tail rotor blades and hub were replaced because a rock cracked a blade. They replaced the assembly and has approx.. 1470 hours remaining.
