Now available is a 2005 R44 Raven I.  One owner since new.  The listing is correct as this aircraft has 1234.5 hours total time!  As you can see from the photos, the owner has taken great pride in this helicopter.  This helicopter will work great for a private pilot who is looking for a Raven 1 that will not be used commercially.

12 year items:
12 year items were completed in May of 2019 therefore those items will be due in June of 2030.

Engine:
Since the aircraft is being operated privately, the Lycoming O-540 engine was not overhauled as it was only at half-time when the 12 year items were completed.  Engine compressions are impressive.  Last inspection they were: 76/80, 80/80, 77/80, 80/80, 80/80, 80/80

The last annual was completed in October 2023 by Rotor Services Ltd.

A new Raven I lead time is 7 months and this helicopter new would be approximately 518,000 USD.
