HUGE PRICE REDUCTION. This 2008 R44 Raven II has 1070 hours. It was used privately for 285 hours and then leased to local professional helicopter operation and maintained commercially. Rubber fuel tanks have been installed all AD’s and SB’s up to date. This helicopter would be a great fit for a Private or Commercial operator that can put it to work right away. Provisions for external basket and the original skid fairings are included.
R44 Raven II helicopters are simple and enjoyable to fly. They are high performing, reliable, and easy to maintain. Inspections are required every 50 hours, 100 hours and annually. Overhauls are required every 2200 hours or 12 years. R44s are equipped with a two-bladed rotor system, T-bar cyclic, and 1 pilot + 3 passenger cabin configuration with unobstructed views from every seat.
The lightweight airframe and aerodynamic fuselage optimize airspeed and fuel economy. The helicopters’ low tail-rotor tip speed, heavy-duty muffler, and large cambered tail reduce flyover noise.

The high performance R44 Raven II has a Lycoming IO-540 fuel- injected, angle-valve, tuned-induction engine, which eliminates the need for carburetor heat.
R44’s are equipped with a two-bladed rotor system, which makes storing them inside significantly easier than a multi-blade system. The R44 has a 1 pilot + 3 passenger cabin configuration with unobstructed views from every seat.
